How do I sign up for Fanmiles?
There are two possible ways to sign up for your Fanmiles Account:
- Sign up through Facebook
- Sign up through email and create your username
To sign up with email, you might be asked to verify your phone number by entering a 4 digit code that will be sent to you via SMS in order to ensure a secure account creation and to prevent fraud. Your account is verified by the activation link that lands in your inbox.
I've signed up, but haven’t received an activation code via SMS.
The activation code is automatically sent via SMS to the phone number you provided. If you're not receiving an activation code, you may have entered a wrong number, country code or perhaps you don't have proper reception. In such a case, please try again to enter your phone number again.
I've signed up, but haven't received an activation link via email.
The activation email is sent automatically to the email you’ve provided. If you can't see the activation email in your inbox, please make sure you've also looked in your spam folder. If you have made a spelling error while writing your email address, please restart the signup process. After you have clicked the activation link, your account will be confirmed and you will be able to start collecting and redeeming Fanmiles!

To change your password, simply go to fanmiles.com or click “Forgotten password?” on the app.
How old do I have to be in order to create a Fanmiles Account?
You must be at least 16 years old.
