What are Fanmiles?

This is our loyalty currency. You collect Fanmiles and use them to redeem various rewards from your favorite brands.

How can I identify a reward?

To redeem a reward, look for the minus symbol (as seen on the image below). The orange number signifies the amount of Fanmiles that specific reward costs. To redeem the actual reward, click the “redeem” button.

What redeeming possibilities do I have?

There are many different ways to redeem your Fanmiles:

  • Raffles: By using a few Fanmiles, you can enter into a raffle for your chance to win.

  • Tangible Rewards: These are rewards that you receive in physical form, such as merchandise. You can redeem them on the Fanmiles app or website and they will be sent to you immediately.

I'm missing only a little amount of Fanmiles to be able to redeem the reward I want. Can I substitute the extra amount with money?

Fanmiles rewards can only be redeemed with Fanmiles.

Am I able to cancel the reward I redeemed?

Only some merchandise can be canceled. Excluded from that are, tickets, coupons and raffle participations. If you would like to cancel a reward you’ve redeemed, please contact us via facebook, support chat or email.

How will I receive my reward?

If your reward is a code, you will receive it by email, while all merchandise rewards are sent by post.

Can rewards be shipped abroad? 

Many of our rewards can be sent abroad. The availability for the delivery to a particular country is decided upon at the discretion of the partner who is offering it.

How do I know if my return has been processed? 

This is checked in each individual case and to do so, we will contact the partner who sent the reward in the first place. Please write us on Facebook, support chat or by email to support@fanmiles.com if you would like us to look into your return for you.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping usually takes less than 14 days. If you feel that we've forgotten you, please contact us via facebook, support chat or email.

The reward I want is no longer available.

We understand that this isn’t ideal. We will try to restock your favorite rewards as soon as possible. If this is not the case, or if you have a new reward idea, feel free to contact us via facebook, support chat or email.
